Requirements

Experience

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 40 years

Experience in an English Medium School or O/A Level background is highly preferred.

Strong computer proficiency in MS Office, Basic Graphics, Digital Marketing, Video Editing, and Canva.

Good typing skills in both Bengali and English (using Avro or similar software).

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and public relations skills.

Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage the full admissions process for all types of student applications.

  • Conduct admission interviews and engage prospective students regarding their academic goals and interests.

  • Guide students in selecting appropriate academic programs at international and local institutions.

  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication with applicants via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

  • Ensure that all required admission documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.

  • Communicate with parents/guardians through emails, SMS, letters, and notices promptly.

  • Handle outbound calls and emails to prospective applicants efficiently.

  • Counsel students regarding university selection and assist with application and admission procedures (local and abroad).

  • Organize seminars, workshops, and education fairs in collaboration with foreign universities.

  • Coordinate with CAIE-related organizations such as Pearson Edexcel, Oxford AQA, Learning Resource Network, and ILTES.

  • Supervise all Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) and School Clubs.
