Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• MBA in Marketing or International Business is preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in export marketing, particularly in the fishery, meat, or agro-processing sectors.

• Must have worked in organizations focused on trading, import/export, or agro-based industries.

Additional Requirements

• Age: Minimum 35 years
• Proven success in developing and executing international marketing strategies.
• Deep understanding of global trade laws and food export regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills across multiple cultures and regions.
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making and market analysis.
• Multilingual ability is a plus.
• Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute robust marketing and sales strategies to grow fish and meat exports in international markets.

• Ensure products meet international standards by working closely with the production and quality control teams.
• Develop and manage competitive pricing strategies to optimize profitability in global trade.
• Handle all export documentation and compliance as per global food export regulations.
• Create impactful marketing materials to enhance the brand image and communicate product strengths.
• Track market trends, customer preferences, and competitor movements to continuously improve strategy.
• Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Provide performance reports, sales analytics, and market feedback to senior leadership regularly.
