Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • A professional, well-groomed, and energetic appearance.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

  • Advanced-level IT proficiency in the MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities & Context

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and managing cost consumption sheets for products.

  • Monitoring and reporting on production status, sampling, and lab dip approvals from the factory.

  • Overseeing pre-production and delivery approvals to ensure timely shipment.

  • Coordinating with the factory's sample section to ensure accurate sample design, on-time delivery, and follow-up on buyer feedback.

  • Serving as a technical expert, advising the production and quality teams on issues related to fabric, production, and quality control.

  • Implementing and managing the 'Time and Action Plan' to ensure the proper execution of orders and timely shipment of goods.

  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and transparency in all negotiations and transactions, ensuring there are no conflicts of interest and that company funds are handled with complete integrity.
