Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Execute all secretarial and administrative duties under the authority of IAHS.
Support policy formulation and ensure proper implementation aligned with institutional goals.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and communications effectively.
Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and situational reports for ongoing initiatives.
Manage sensitive correspondence, calls, and confidential matters with discretion.
Supervise MBBS admission procedures as directed.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities including CMU, BM&DC, DG Health, DGME, Ministry of Health, and other governing bodies.
Assist Principal, management, and departmental heads in both academic and administrative tasks.
Ensure seamless communication with the press and public relations on behalf of the institution.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Master’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: 3–5 years in University Administration, preferably in Medical College Administration.
Strong command of English and Bengali (both oral and written).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT applications.
Honest, hardworking, and able to perform under strict deadlines.
Additional Requirements
Age: At least 35 years.
Pleasant personality with professional demeanor.
Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders in public administration.
