Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
• Graduation/Masters in Accounting/finance

Experience

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Research Organization

Additional Requirements

• Excellent oral and writing skill in English and Bangla

• Necessarily skilled in computer, MS Excel and internet utility

• Working in Non-government organisation is appreciable

Job duration: Till 31st December, 2025, possible extension subjects to funding’s availability.

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial reporting (monthly, quarterly and annually Financial statement and accounts) as per RIB & RLS guidelines
• Consolidating accurate data entry into Tally Prime (Accounting software)
• Preparing and maintaining cash book, voucher, bank book, bank reconciliation, stock register, petty cash Register and other registers/papers related to Accounts appropriately.
• Providing Administrative Support and maintaining proper relationship with project partner, NGOAB, all project employee, Bank and other stakeholders to fulfil the project requirement and for project success.
• Maintain procurement policy
• Expertise in VAT TAX as per Government rules, training on VAT TAX registration and online submission
• Undertake other duties/task as required to be undertaken for effective implementation of the project.
