Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Draft official letters, circulars, notices, and emails in Bangla and English.
Maintain accurate records of official documents, files, and correspondence (both digital and physical).
Coordinate meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting minutes.
Provide administrative support during club events and activities.
Handle member inquiries and correspondence professionally.
Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and comparative statements for management.
Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: HR or administrative experience is desirable, though freshers with strong writing skills are encouraged.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Tech-savvy with a positive attitude and aspiration to build a successful career.
Strong communication skills in Bangla and English (oral and written).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Age: Maximum 35 years.
