Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Animal Husbandry
Preference given to candidates with a solid academic background in animal science or veterinary fields
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in sales, specifically in the poultry medicine, animal vaccine, or veterinary pharmaceutical industry
Strong exposure to corporate sales in the animal health sector will be considered an advantage
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Age: 27 to 37 years
Strong communication skills in Bangla and English (both verbal and written)
In-depth knowledge of poultry diseases, vaccine usage, and animal husbandry practices
Willing to travel extensively to rural and commercial farming zones
Excellent networking and client relationship management skills
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales & Promotion
Proactively promote a portfolio of poultry vaccines and veterinary products to farmers, veterinarians, and distributors
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
🔹 Technical Support & Consulting
Advise clients on vaccination protocols, vaccine handling, and proper administration techniques
Act as a technical consultant for veterinary pharmacy-related issues
🔹 Client Relationship & Territory Management
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients in assigned territories
Attend field visits, seminars, and industry events related to poultry and animal health
🔹 Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, product positioning, and pricing strategies
Provide actionable insights to help refine sales and marketing strategies
🔹 Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed client interaction logs, field visit reports, and market feedback
Report directly to Sales Manager or Head of Division with timely updates
