Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed university.

Experience

  • 5 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 50 years

  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG, telecom, retail, or consumer goods industries.

  • Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer insights, and marketing channels.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Creative mindset with analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Summary

  • The Manager/Asst. Manager – Branding (Real Estate Development) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall branding strategy of the company’s real estate projects. This role focuses on creating a strong and consistent brand identity that enhances market presence and supports business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to ensure brand alignment across all communication channels. The role requires a creative thinker with strong industry knowledge and proven experience in building and promoting high-value real estate brands.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective branding strategies to position the company as a trusted and premium real estate developer.

  • Plan and manage brand communication across digital, print, outdoor (Billboards, Banners), and event channels.

  • Collaborate with architects, project teams, and sales teams to understand project features and highlight key selling points in all branding materials.

  • Conceptualize and oversee the design and execution of marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, project videos, and presentation decks.

  • Plan and execute product (project) launches, real estate expos, and customer engagement events.

  • Maintain and enhance the brand’s digital presence via website, social media, and online advertising.

  • Coordinate with creative agencies, media buying houses, and other third-party vendors to ensure high-quality brand output.

  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer behavior, competitor branding strategies, and real estate trends.

  • Monitor brand performance and prepare regular reports on brand metrics and campaign effectiveness.

  • Manage branding budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.

  • Lead and mentor junior team members to build a strong branding team.
