Education
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience
5 to 8 years

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in land acquisition/procurement, preferably in real estate development.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager/Asst. Manager – Land Procurement to lead our land acquisition activities for real estate development projects. The Manager/Asst. Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and acquiring land purchase that align with the company’s strategic growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of land laws, market trends, and excellent negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential land acquisition opportunities suitable for residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects.
Conduct thorough market research, feasibility studies, and due diligence including title verification, land use, zoning regulations, and environmental considerations.
Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, government agencies, real estate brokers, and other stakeholders.
Negotiate land purchase agreements, leases, and other contracts to secure the best terms for the company.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth acquisition processes and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Manage and maintain a land bank portfolio and update To Management on market trends and potential risks.
Prepare and present land acquisition proposals and reports to to Management.
Work closely with project planning and development teams to align land procurement with project requirements and timelines.
Handle documentation, registration, and handover formalities associated with land acquisition.
Monitor government policies and land regulations to anticipate changes that may affect land procurement strategies.
