Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field. Major in Marketing will be given preference. Master’s degree in any discipline

Experience

  • 5 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 45 years

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.

  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and buyer behavior.

  • Experience in ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing campaigns.

  • Project management, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.

  • Experience working with developers, agencies, or property marketing consultancies.

  • Familiarity with local property portals and branding regulations.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure

  • Perform any other duty as directed by the management

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

  • The Manager/Asst. Manager-Marketing will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating all marketing strategies to promote real estate projects, build brand presence, and drive sales leads. The role requires experience in both traditional and digital marketing within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Lead Generation

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans for project launches, branding, and sales promotions.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.

  • Set marketing goals, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.

Project Marketing

  • Plan and implement targeted campaigns for ongoing and upcoming residential and commercial projects.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales targets.

  • Manage the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, and hoardings.

Branding & Visibility

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (print, digital, outdoor, etc.).

  • Manage branding at project sites, sales offices, events, and exhibitions.

  • Organize press releases, media relations, and corporate communications.

Digital & Social Media Marketing Coordination

  • Supervise or coordinate with digital marketing teams/agencies for online campaigns.

  • Ensure projects are visible on property listing portals, social media, and Google platforms.

  • Track and analyze lead generation and engagement through digital platforms.

Event & Activation Management

  • Plan and manage project launch events, open house events, fairs, expos, and community activations.

  • Build strategic partnerships with media, agencies, and vendors.

Marketing Materials & Vendor Coordination

  • Oversee production of advertisements, signage, visual content, and promotional gifts.

  • Coordinate with external vendors for print, media buying, and campaign execution.
