Requirements
Education
Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Marketing
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field. Major in Marketing will be given preference. Master’s degree in any discipline
Experience
5 to 8 years

Age 28 to 45 years
5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the real estate market and buyer behavior.
Experience in ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing campaigns.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of real estate products, legalities, and financing options.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Experience working with developers, agencies, or property marketing consultancies.
Familiarity with local property portals and branding regulations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary:
The Manager/Asst. Manager-Sales will be responsible for achieving sales targets by developing and leading a high-performing sales team, executing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships. This role plays a key part in driving revenue for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Target Management
Develop and execute effective sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
Analyze sales reports and generate performance insights.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Oversee lead management processes – from inquiry to booking.
Convert walk-ins, referrals, and digital leads through effective pitching and follow-up.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
Team Leadership & Supervision
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives or officers.
Set individual targets, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching.
Ensure sales team adheres to company policies and maintains high customer service standards.
Client Relationship Management
Conduct meetings with potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
Build long-term relationships through after-sales services and referrals.
Maintain a strong database of existing and potential customers.
Documentation & Coordination
Ensure accurate booking, agreement, and payment documentation is completed.
Liaise with legal, CRM, and finance departments for post-sale processes.
Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and effectively.
