Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution with excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Experience

At least 5 years

Additional Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in student counselling, preferably within an educational institution or international university.
Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and digital engagement platforms.

Major Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents and guardians.
Support student engagement by communicating academic progress and pathways to parents.
Develop and implement parent engagement initiatives, events, and enrichment programs.
Plan and coordinate key institutional events including orientation, graduation convocation, and parent meetings.
Promote UCBD through communication channels such as newsletters, social media, and outreach campaigns.
Gather feedback through surveys and engagement sessions to improve services and stakeholder satisfaction.
Collaborate with academic, enrolment, and administrative teams to ensure smooth delivery of parent and student events.
