Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. M.Sc. will be preferred.

Experience

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Experience: Minimum 05–08 years of experience in design and engineering roles in the real estate or construction industry.

• Professional registration with IEB (for engineers) is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera, and relevant civil engineering software.

• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, RAJUK and BNBC guidelines and standard construction practices.

• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

• Excellent project management and coordination abilities.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Job Summary:

• We’re seeking an experienced Manager/Assistant Manager – Structural & MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to lead the structural design, planning, and engineering aspects of our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will lead a multidisciplinary structural team, ensuring that all design and construction documentation aligns with project objectives, regulatory standards, and the company’s high-quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

Structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) & Design Leadership:

• Lead the conceptual and detailed structural design of residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Ensure that structural designs are functional, sustainable, cost-effective, and in line with modern aesthetics.
• Coordinate with external consultants, structure, and design agencies for outsourced design work and review.
• Approve structural plans, layouts, and working drawings, ensuring compliance with company standards and local building codes.

Construction Supervision:

• Conduct site assessment, feasibilities studies, prepare details design, BOQs, cost estimates and schedule.
• Supervise day-to-day construction work at the site and ensure adherence to design, specifications, and timelines.
• Monitor and ensure the proper execution of civil, structural, and finishing works as per designed

Quality Assurance & Control:

• Ensure materials used and workmanship are as per design specifications.
• Conduct quality checks and site inspections to maintain construction quality.
• Report and resolve non-conformities or deviations promptly.

Project Coordination:

• Assist the Project Engineer in planning and monitoring the project design & schedule.
• Maintain liaison between structural design, MEP, procurement, and other departments.
• Ensure implementation of safety standards at the site in coordination with approval design

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, labor deployment records, and site logs by ERP Software.
• Maintain up-to-date construction drawings, checklists, and site records.

Resource Management:

• Monitor the utilization of materials, equipment, and labor to prevent wastage.
• Coordinate timely availability of materials and drawings to ensure uninterrupted work.

Team Leadership:

• Mentor and lead the internal structural and engineering team.
• Monitor performance, assign responsibilities, and provide professional development opportunities.
• Create and maintain a collaborative and innovation-driven design environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Perform any other duty as directed by the management
