Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Bachelor`s Degree in Education or a relevant subject area. Master`s Degree is preferred. Candidates with O` Levels and A` Levels background will be given preference.
Experience
- At least 3 years

Additional Requirements

A Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching, preferably in an English Medium Islamic School.

Candidates with professional teaching qualification (i.e. B.Ed/ Cambridge Celta/ Cambridge Delta/ Cambridge CDiTL/CCiTL/ TKT/iPLS CPD Courses/Cambridge certificate courses/ British Council certificate courses) will be preferred.

Proficiency in the subject area being taught.

Experience in teaching at the relevant grade level or subject area.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Subject Teacher:
- Prepare and deliver lessons to students in the assigned subject area.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Assess student learning through various forms of assessment, such as tests, quizzes, projects, and presentations.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their work to support their academic growth.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
- Utilize educational technology and online resources to enhance instruction and student engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest educational research and best practices in the subject area.
- Participate in professional development activities and workshops to improve teaching skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
- Provide additional support or remediation to students who require extra assistance.
