Responsibilities & Context
A. Sales & Market Development
-Promote and sell company products to distributors and retailers.
-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Monitor sales outflow and market share within the territory.
B. Distributor & Channel Management
-Manage assigned distributors to ensure sales.
-Conduct regular visits to distributors & retailers.
C. Strategic Planning & Reporting
-Develop and execute territory business plans.
-Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on sales activities.
