Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience

  • 10 to 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Additional Requirements

  • Age 40 to 50 years
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities with a hands-on approach.

  • Excellent strategic planning, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.

  • Advanced understanding of local construction laws, real estate development processes, and regulatory environments.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, project tracking tools, and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Responsibilities & Context

1. Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations across all key departments: Construction, Sales & Marketing, Legal Affairs, Procurement & Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Administration.
  • Ensure end-to-end execution of real estate projects — from land acquisition and design planning to construction, completion, and client handover.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Drive process optimization and operational consistency across the business.

2. Project & Construction Oversight:

  • Lead the execution of multiple ongoing residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Monitor project progress and timelines through regular site visits and reporting structures.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, and Contractors to resolve issues and remove bottlenecks.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, cost control, and regulatory compliance on all sites.

3. Strategic Planning & Business Execution:

  • Collaborate closely with the Board and Senior Management to develop and execute strategic operational plans.
  • Analyze new business opportunities, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for upcoming projects.
  • Lead initiatives for automation, ERP integration, and digitization of operational workflows.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against business goals.

4. Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Lead and mentor a team of department heads and operational staff, promoting a high-performance and accountability-driven culture.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training needs assessments, and professional development initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among HR, Finance, Sales, Design, Engineering, and Admin teams to ensure unified execution of goals.

5. Compliance, Governance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory frameworks, including but not limited to RAJUK, NBR, REHAB, and labor laws.
  • Oversee documentation, permits, licenses, and other legal formalities required at various project stages.
  • Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation and control measures.
  • Maintain transparency and audit readiness in operational reporting and documentation.
