Age Limit:
Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old
Typing Skills:
Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in both Bangla and English.
Expert proficiency in Bijoy typing specifically in book format.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy in MS Word, PowerPoint, and other office applications.
File Management:
Strong ability to organize, set up, and manage digital files efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the creative team and clients to fully understand project goals, target audience, and specific requirements.
Handle file setting and layout makeup for diverse digital and print media projects.
Develop innovative, eye-catching design concepts, graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content that align with client branding and marketing strategies.
Ensure all designs maintain visual consistency, modern aesthetics, and follow current industry standards and trends.

Basic Video Editing or Motion Graphics & Typing Skills Both Bangla and English. Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
