Requirements
Educational Qualifications
HSC or Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor/Honors preferred)
Certification or training in Ultrasonography / Medical Transcription will be an advantage
Experience Required
1 to 3 years of work experience in hospital or diagnostic center settings
Prior experience as a USG Technician, Ultrasound Operator, or Medical Transcriptionist
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain USG / ultrasound equipment for diagnostic imaging
Capture clear, accurate, and high-quality ultrasound images as per physician requirements
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality during all procedures
Transcribe physicians’ dictations into formal medical reports with accuracy
Review and proofread transcriptions for grammar, medical terminology, and completeness
Maintain proper patient documentation and assist in medical record management
Collaborate with doctors, radiologists, and healthcare staff for smooth workflow
Skills & Expertise
USG / ultrasound operation in diagnostic imaging
Medical report transcription & proofreading
Strong knowledge of medical terminology
Teamwork and communication skills in healthcare settings
