Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Arts (BA) in fas
Having a professional degree will get extra preference.

Experience

10 to 12 years

Age 30 to 50 years

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team.
Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
Strong presentation and delivery skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
Excellent written and verbal communication in both Bangla and English.
IT proficiency-advanced-level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (specifically, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Should be proactive and dynamic, with the ability to work hard efficiently.
Ability to multitask and remain organized and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

Must have knowledge about new trends in fabrics, colors, shapes, and fashions.
Should be able to conceptualize design and create high-quality visuals in a variety of formats, including the effective use of color, form, and composition.
Must have creative thinking ability.
The candidate must have full working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CLO 3D and all other Microsoft applications.
Select textiles and color, graphics/prints, materials, fit, and trims to make popular and best-selling styles.
Collaborate with foreign buyers to design samples.
Researching and staying updated on fashion trends.
Responsible for conceptualizing and creating designs for clothing and accessories.
Developing design concepts and themes.
Selecting fabrics and materials.
Creating detailed technical specifications and communicating these to factories.
Liaising with factories and suppliers on designs, new things, materials and trims, construction, and technical specifications.
Managing departmental workflow and seasonal tasks and ensuring product development is executed against a strict seasonal timeline.
Working closely with garment and product technicians to develop styles and ensure quality, consistency, commercial viability, and viability.
Working with the product testing team to develop new materials and products.
Identifying opportunities for improvement in the design and development process and initiating proposals and projects.
Supporting and developing other team members when required.
Develop Sampling follow-up from the start to the final stage.
Work closely with the sourcing team to research new material.
Contemporary market analysis and developed the product, graphics design and development.
Innovate new design techniques along with knowledge of 3D based product knowledge.
Developing Denim wash and garment dying trends.
