E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator at Leading Edge

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead our online sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing e-commerce platforms, executing data-driven digital campaigns, and optimizing online visibility to drive business growth. Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/Honors in Business Administration (BBA), major in Marketing.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and digital marketing roles.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficient in managing digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.

  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, WhatsApp marketing, and email marketing tools.

  • Familiarity with WordPress website management and plugin optimization.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in generating detailed marketing and performance reports.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and independently lead digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Objective:

Take full ownership of all digital and e-commerce activities to increase sales, boost conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.

E-Commerce Management:

  • Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing across all e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

  • Conduct thorough product research to identify trending and profitable items.

  • Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and implement best practices.

  • Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and prepare regular performance reports.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.

  • Lead SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility.

  • Design and implement targeted campaigns through email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing.

  • Keep up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and competitive activity.

Website & Content Oversight:

  • Manage and regularly update the company’s WordPress website.

  • Optimize content for SEO and ensure seamless user experience.

  • Coordinate with the graphic design team to produce eye-catching visuals and promotional materials.

  • Develop interactive content and promotional strategies to draw customers to the physical showroom.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor digital performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.

  • Generate insightful reports highlighting campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
