Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

HSC / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years in sales roles, preferably in manufacturing, light engineering, or hardware industry
Candidates with retail and field-level experience in sales representative jobs in BD will be given preference

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & implement innovative sales strategies to grow market share in the lock and hardware product segment
Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Organize seasonal marketing campaigns and product promotions
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Train and motivate team members to ensure consistent performance
Maintain regular communication with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to build long-term relationships
Ensure timely response to client inquiries and provide top-notch customer service
Monitor KPIs, prepare sales reports, and suggest actionable business improvements
Regularly visit clients for feedback, issue resolution, and identifying upselling opportunities

Additional Requirements:

Age: 25 to 35 years
Must be self-motivated, energetic, and willing to work in the field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
