Requirements
Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience
5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Requirements
Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes highly desirable

Responsibilities & Context
Internal Project Leadership
Lead internal ERP implementation efforts and coordinate with external implementation team
Serve as primary point of contact between our organization and ERP vendor/consultants
Manage internal project timelines, resources, and deliverables
Coordinate activities across all departments (Production, Finance, HR, Quality, Supply Chain)
Facilitate communication between management, end-users, and technical consultants
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management
Business Process Management
Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities
Work with department heads to redesign workflows for optimal ERP utilization
Ensure ERP configuration aligns with our garment manufacturing operations
Map business requirements to ERP functionality and identify customization needs
Change Management & User Adoption
Develop comprehensive change management strategy for ERP implementation
Communicate project benefits and changes to all levels of the organization
Address resistance to change and build support for new system
Create internal communication plans and keep staff informed throughout project
Monitor user adoption rates and implement corrective measures as needed
Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to new ERP platform
Training Coordination & Support
Coordinate with external trainers to develop training programs for our staff
Identify training needs across different departments and user groups
Schedule and organize training sessions without disrupting production
Develop internal super-users who can provide ongoing support
Create job aids and quick reference materials for our specific processes
Ensure all users are competent in their respective ERP modules before go-live
Data Management Oversight
Oversee data migration from our existing systems to the new ERP
Ensure accuracy of master data including items, BOMs, customers, and vendors
Coordinate with departments to clean up and standardize data
Validate migrated data for accuracy and completeness
Support User Acceptance Testing with our internal teams
Ensure data integrity throughout the implementation process
Go-Live Support & Post-Implementation
Coordinate go-live activities and provide support during transition
Monitor system performance and user adoption post-implementation
Address issues and concerns raised by end-users
Facilitate communication with vendor for technical support
Ensure business continuity during system rollout
Support hyper care period and ongoing system optimization
