Executive/ Senior Executive, Accounts at KODE KLASS LIMITED

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily accounts and financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure timely and compliant VAT and tax filings according to government regulations.

• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and internal teams as needed.

• Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.

• Contribute to financial management processes and support overall accounting operations.

Key Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting or equivalent.

• Any additional accounting diploma or certification will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance roles.

• Working experience in VAT/Tax is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial reporting.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical mindset.

Age:

• 25 to 35 years
