Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a reputed university.

Additional Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

• Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, tax, and financial regulations.

• Ability to maintain and strengthen banking relationships.

• Skilled in inventory accounting and receivables tracking.

• Capable of multitasking and meeting tight project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

As a Finance & Accounts Manager (Sr. Manager / Manager level), you will:

• Ensure accuracy of expenditure and payment documents following company policies.

• Manage supplier and partner payments with proper documentation.

• Oversee inventory control and provide reliable financial data for business analysis.

• Track employee receivables and ensure accountability.

• Prepare and maintain tax audit documents and ensure full compliance with Bangladesh tax laws.

• Monitor timely preparation of financial statements and coordinate with auditors.

• Assist the Finance Controller in preparing reports for planning and performance evaluation.

• Ensure full compliance with the Information Security Management System to protect financial data.
