Collaborate with design teams to develop samples as per buyer requirements, reviewing and approving them to meet quality and specification standards while suggesting improvements aligned with market trends.

Assist in the development of new buyers or orders through marketing and product development activities.

Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries and keeping them updated on order status and delivery schedules.

Communicate with buyers on a regular basis regarding product requirements, pricing, approvals, and delivery schedules.

Liaise with fabric and accessory suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and negotiate favorable prices and terms.

Prepare cost sheets, negotiate prices, and handle order confirmation.

Work closely with the quality control team to ensure products meet required standards, resolving any quality issues promptly through coordination with production.

Ensure all approvals (samples, trims, fabrics, and print/ embroidery) are received on time.

Prepare and maintain all merchandising documentation, including PO, order sheets, consumption, costing, and inspection reports.

Maintain accurate documentation of all merchandising activities, including order details, correspondence, and quality reports, and prepare regular updates for management.

Maintain T&A calendar and update the buyer accordingly.

Collaborate with internal teams to meet departmental goals while guiding and supporting junior team members.

Proactively identify and resolve production issues, implementing process improvements to reduce lead time.

Stay informed on market trends and buyer preferences, providing insights to support new business & opportunities.
