Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Fire and Electrical safety course

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate with RSC engineers, inspectors, and relevant authorities for audit schedules, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Ensure timely implementation and verification of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for structural, fire, and electrical safety.
  • Maintain and update all RSC-related documentation, drawings, test reports, inspection records, and correspondence.
  • Facilitate Pre-T&C and Full T&C inspections and ensure all prerequisites are met.
  • Liaise with factory management and technical teams to ensure alignment with RSC requirements.
  • Attend all meetings with RSC and follow up on action points.
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA, BNBC, Accord/RSC standards, and other applicable regulations.
  • Support third-party audits and internal inspections relating to fire and life safety.
  • Submit regular reports to management on RSC progress and outstanding issues.
