We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to provide technical leadership and mentorship to our team. You will drive key architectural decisions and help us elevate our development practices across the entire stack. This role requires a strong full-stack perspective, with a focus on improving our front-end standards and overall team knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical discussions on software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Mentor and guide a team of semi-senior and junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Improve code quality and development workflows, particularly with Next.js, TypeScript, and CSS.
Define and implement clear branching strategies and application structures.
Act as a subject matter expert for our tech stack, including Next JS, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and Docker.
Research and integrate new technologies, with a focus on applying AI concepts to our applications.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in a senior-level software development role.
Expertise in Next.js, TypeScript, and advanced CSS.
Strong knowledge of database and ORM technologies, specifically PostgreSQL and Prisma.
