Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute robust marketing and sales strategies to grow fish and meat exports in international markets.
Identify and evaluate new export opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
Build strong, long-term relationships with international clients, importers, and distribution partners.
Ensure products meet international standards by working closely with the production and quality control teams.
Develop and manage competitive pricing strategies to optimize profitability in global trade.
Handle all export documentation and compliance as per global food export regulations.
Create impactful marketing materials to enhance the brand image and communicate product strengths.
Track market trends, customer preferences, and competitor movements to continuously improve strategy.
Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Provide performance reports, sales analytics, and market feedback to senior leadership regularly.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
MBA in Marketing or International Business is preferred.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in export marketing, particularly in the fishery, meat, or agro-processing sectors.
Must have worked in organizations focused on trading, import/export, or agro-based industries.

Additional Requirements

Age: Minimum 35 years
Proven success in developing and executing international marketing strategies.
Deep understanding of global trade laws and food export regulations.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills across multiple cultures and regions.
Proficient in data-driven decision-making and market analysis.
Multilingual ability is a plus.
Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
