Job Context:

Applications are invited from experienced and qualified candidates for the position of VRF Cum AC Technician on prevailing terms and conditions of IAHS-H.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To install, maintain, and repair VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) and split/central AC systems
  • To diagnose system malfunctions and perform troubleshooting and repairs
  • To perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
  • To monitor and ensure proper refrigerant levels and leak testing
  • To conduct electrical wiring and control system checks
  • To read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals
  • To ensure system commissioning and testing after installation or repair
  • To maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and parts used
  • To comply with safety protocols and building regulations
  • To provide technical support and guidance to the team members
  • To operate testing tools (e.g., manifold gauges, multimeters, vacuum pumps)
  • To identify potential system upgrades or efficiency improvements
