Apply now to join our team as an Associate – Content Moderation, where you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content during the Friday shift (3 PM – 11 PM) at our modern office in Dhaka (Mirpur 14). Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate text, images, videos, and other types of content to ensure they align with company guidelines and platform policies. You will identify and flag inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating materials, helping create a safe and respectful online environment for all users. This position is ideal for entry-level candidates who want to gain professional experience in content review and digital compliance, as well as for those looking to develop strong decision-making, analytical, and communication skills. Working closely with supervisors and teammates, you will receive training on moderation tools, workflow management, and best practices in content governance.

Requirements

Work Schedule & Shifts

Shifts (Rotational):
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Working Days: 6 days per week (Friday included)
Work Mode: On-site at our Dhaka office
Note: Non-Muslim candidates will be given preference due to Friday work hours overlapping Jumma Prayer time.

Key Responsibilities

Review product listings, images, and descriptions to ensure they are accurate, complete, and meet platform standards.
Detect and flag potential intellectual property rights infringements.
Remove inappropriate or explicit content such as offensive language, nudity, or violent material.
Monitor and enforce platform policies, taking prompt action when necessary.
Maintain content quality for a safe and user-friendly platform experience.

Job Requirements

Fresh graduate from any discipline (Entry-level welcome)
Good computer skills (Google Sheets, MS Excel)
Basic English reading and writing ability
Willing to work rotational shifts and adapt to schedule changes
Non-Muslim candidates preferred for operational scheduling reasons
