Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing / Management

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing / Management

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience in retail store, showroom, or service center management

  • Proven track record in customer service, sales management, and branch operations

Key Responsibilities (Branch Manager Duties)

  • Ensure smooth branch operations: customer reception, service handover, and product delivery

  • Supervise and lead front-desk executives, technicians, and support staff
