Manager / Sr. Manager - IoT Sales at Sysnova Information Systems

Looking for IoT Sales Manager jobs in Bangladesh? We are seeking a dynamic Manager / Sr. Manager, IoT Sales to lead our sales and business development efforts in the rapidly growing Internet of Things (IoT) industry. As a Sr. Manager – IoT Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative IoT solutions. You will identify market opportunities, execute sales plans, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

  • BBA/MBA in Marketing, EEE, CSE, or any related field from a recognized university.

Experience & Background

  • 6–10 years of proven experience in IoT Sales Manager jobs.

  • Hands-on experience selling IoT solutions in manufacturing, logistics, agriculture, smart cities, or other emerging sectors.

  • Strong expertise in B2B solution selling, key account management, and managing high-value sales pipelines.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

  • Ability to work under targets and drive results in a competitive sales environment.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of IoT trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.

Key Responsibilities

As a Manager / Sr. Manager – IoT Sales, you will:

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities for IoT solutions across multiple industries.

  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their IoT requirements.

  3. Sales Execution: Lead full sales cycles, from prospecting and presentations to proposals and closing deals.

  4. Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored IoT solutions that meet client needs.

  5. Market Analysis: Monitor IoT industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.

  6. Product Feedback: Provide insights to product teams for improving IoT offerings based on market demand.

  7. Contract Negotiation & Onboarding: Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
