Manager, Supply Chain Management at Radiant Pharmaceuticals Limited

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain lifecycle—from planning and procurement to production support, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution. You will lead cross-functional coordination between internal departments such as Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and external vendors and partners to ensure on-time, cost-effective, and compliant supply chain operations.

This position demands a strategic thinker who can forecast demand, negotiate with suppliers, manage inventory risks, and ensure regulatory adherence, especially within the context of pharmaceutical manufacturing standards and GMP compliance. Your ability to use data-driven decision-making, implement ERP/SAP tools, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) will be instrumental in streamlining processes and achieving business objectives.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Master’s in Pharmacy (M. Pharm) from a recognized public or private university.

  • Professional certifications in Supply Chain / Procurement (e.g. CSCP, CPSM) will be a strong plus.

Experience :

  • 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management.

  • Proven expertise in toll manufacturing operations and cross-functional coordination.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems in SCM functions is preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, regulatory guidelines, and quality assurance protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Production & Quality Oversight

  • Lead toll site operations ensuring full adherence to GMP and SOPs.

  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and ongoing training for process excellence.

✅ Supply Chain Coordination

  • Manage the complete supply chain cycle – from production planning and raw material dispatch to final product delivery.

  • Coordinate with toll manufacturers and vendors to maintain uninterrupted production flow.

✅ Operational Issue Resolution

  • Address deviations, non-conformities, and supply challenges proactively to prevent bottlenecks.

✅ Strategic Alignment & Leadership

  • Synchronize toll manufacturing with overall corporate production plans.

  • Collaborate with QA, QC, RA, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure holistic alignment.

✅ Reporting & Cost Control

  • Maintain KPI-driven dashboards, track regulatory compliance, manage operational costs, and support audit documentation.

Technical & Communication Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) proficiency.

  • Experience with SAP ERP in supply chain and manufacturing modules.

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.

Job Context & Travel:

  • Based at Corporate HQ, Dhaka

  • Involves 60% field visits to toll sites, 40% work from HQ
