We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store In‑Charge to take full ownership of daily store operations and drive exceptional performance in a fast-paced retail environment. This critical role requires an individual with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service. You will play a key leadership role in supervising inventory, managing store staff, ensuring sales targets are met, and upholding company policies and standards.
As the Store In‑Charge, you will be responsible for creating an efficient, organized, and customer-friendly store atmosphere. Your ability to lead, train, and inspire your team will directly influence customer satisfaction and overall business success. From handling vendor coordination and maintaining accurate stock levels to staff scheduling and on-floor team leadership, you will be the go-to person ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements
Education-
Minimum B.Com or M.Com (Honors/Master’s) in Accounting or Finance preferred
Additional training in inventory control systems or warehouse management will be a plus
Experience-
Minimum 3 years of total experience, with at least 2 years as a Store In‑Charge
Prior experience in manufacturing (FMCG) or pharmaceutical industry preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP software
Age: 20 to 35 years
Key Responsibilities-
Receive incoming stock from warehouses or suppliers with proper checking of batch, quantity, and physical condition
Supervise dispatch operations including packing, stacking, stamping, loading, and documentation for timely deliveries
Maintain strict control over stock movements using FEFO and FIFO inventory practices
Manage storage according to GSP guidelines, ensure product safety, and optimize space utilization
Prepare inventory reports, handle return/replacement activities, and manage expiry/damage stock with accurate documentation
Monitor and coordinate delivery assistants for on-time dispatch, proper route planning, and customer invoice verification
Maintain records, files, and documentation as per internal SOPs and archiving policies
Ensure timely dispatch of promotional materials to field staff
Skills & Expertise-
Strong understanding of store incharge duties in a regulated manufacturing setting
Knowledge of ERP software, stock tracking, and cycle count
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team supervision and delivery coordination experience
Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and compliance awareness
