Officer/ Sr. Officer, Supply Chain Management at Radiant Pharmaceuticals Limited

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Officer/ Senior Officer, Supply Chain Management at a reputed and fast-growing manufacturing/pharmaceutical company. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who have practical experience in procurement, logistics coordination, inventory management, and vendor relationship management. As part of our Supply Chain team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, goods, and services from sourcing to delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments including production, planning, quality control, and finance to support efficient operations and optimize supply chain performance.

The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of supply chain principles, vendor negotiation strategies, and warehouse operations, along with hands-on experience in using ERP or inventory management systems. Your ability to forecast material requirements, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective procurement will be highly valued in this role.

Requirements

Education-

  • Master’s in Pharmacy (M. Pharm) from a reputed public or private university.

  • MBA in Supply Chain Management (SCM) will be considered a strong advantage.

Experience-

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in commercial or supply chain roles.

  • Experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, SAP systems, or professional SCM training will add significant value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute monthly production plans aligned with sales forecasts and demand planning.

  • Coordinate with toll manufacturing sites ensuring timely dispatch of raw materials, packaging items, and technical documentation.

  • Monitor and reconcile material usage, consumption, and returns from toll facilities.

  • Maintain and update all records in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs, and R&D for process optimization.

  • Ensure on-time and accurate documentation within ERP/SAP systems for transparent supply chain tracking.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.

  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of ERP tools (preferably SAP) in managing pharmaceutical supply chain operations.

  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
