Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Provide real-time online support to customers and vendors via email, messenger, and phone.
Manage and resolve issues efficiently using the trouble ticket system.
Troubleshoot network and telecom-related problems in real-time.
Configure and maintain telecommunications management platforms as required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of issues and share best practices.
Support additional tasks as assigned by management to improve service quality and operations.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Honors degree in any relevant field.
Strong understanding of SIP protocol is preferred.
Clear knowledge of IP networking, including OSI Layers, TCP/IP, IP sub-netting, RTP, DNS, and port addressing.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet browsing.
