Requirements
Education:
Bachelor / Honors degree (preferably in Business Administration, Security Management, or related discipline).
Experience:
2–3 years of professional experience in Security Service, Fire Fighting, and Safety Management.
Hands-on experience in corporate security, emergency response, and administrative support.
Job Purpose
The Officer, Security Management & Administration will play a vital role in supporting the administration & security team by ensuring safety, security, and fire protection measures are properly implemented across all company offices. This position demands strong administrative, operational, and communication skills to coordinate with security service providers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Security Guard Services Coordination
Manage and monitor the activities of contracted security service providers.
Ensure deployment of skilled security guards and supervisors at all bKash premises.
Assign duties during sensitive events, emergencies, or contingency situations.
Monitor night duty, holiday shifts, and ensure use of proper security devices for surveillance.
🔹 Security Training & Development
Contribute to training module design for security staff.
Conduct training sessions on safety, security, and emergency response.
Improve efficiency of guard services through continuous learning initiatives.
🔹 Parking & Facility Safety
Supervise the security and cleanliness of parking areas across different offices.
Conduct surveys and audits to improve parking safety arrangements.
Maintain updated records and registers of parking facilities.
🔹 Incident Investigation
Investigate security and safety-related incidents as assigned.
Prepare detailed incident reports and submit them to management.
Recommend preventive actions to minimize risks.
🔹 Fire Safety & Emergency Management
Monitor fire alarm systems and respond quickly during incidents.
Maintain and inspect fire safety equipment across all offices.
Organize fire safety training programs and awareness sessions.
Conduct fire evacuation drills to ensure employee preparedness.
🔹 Protocol & Administrative Support
Provide protocol services for senior management and VIPs.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Deliver administrative and emergency support whenever required.
