We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security In-Charge to take full responsibility for planning, implementing, and managing all security operations within our organization. This role is also known as Security Supervisor, Security Manager, or Chief Security Officer, and it plays a critical part in safeguarding our people, property, and assets.
As the Security In-Charge, you will lead, train, and motivate a team of security guards, ensuring that all personnel are well-prepared to handle routine duties as well as emergency situations. You will oversee daily security operations, manage access control points, and ensure that all entry and exit procedures are strictly followed. You will also be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems, conducting security inspections, enforcing organizational policies, and taking proactive measures to prevent security breaches.
In addition, you will collaborate with senior management to develop security strategies, implement safety protocols, and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement agencies. This role demands strong leadership skills, quick decision-making ability, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and customers.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
Minimum SSC or equivalent.
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in security management.
Retired Sergeant (above or below rank) will be given preference.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Age Requirement
35 to 50 years.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, control, and monitor security guards to ensure smooth operations.
Stay on company premises at night to oversee security activities.
Monitor and report any suspicious or anomalous activities to management.
Submit daily incident reports to the Head Office.
Ensure compliance with all security policies and maintain related registers.
Patrol property to check for hazards, unlocked doors, or unauthorized entry.
Inspect and maintain firefighting equipment in proper working order.
Respond immediately to any security or safety emergencies.
Coordinate with management for incident resolution and preventive measures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
