Responsibilities & Context
International Customer Support for A2P Messaging solution and service (Over Messenger/Microsoft Teams, Social media and Phone).
Troubleshooting of database related web-based telecommunication software by 24/7 hours.
Python, PHP, MySQL, MSSQL based software maintenance and configure.
Communicate with International business partners and must be in English.
Willingness to work long hours by Roster (Day/Night) basis form office and ability to adapt to changing environment.
Give support solution to overseas company (www.technexaca.com) and customers.
Monitor and troubleshoot A2P SMS traffic and analyze SMS campaign performance metrics.
Coordination with international telecommunication carriers and aggregators is required to resolve delivery-related routing challenges.
Reporting daily received and appointed tasks from software systems service.
Reporting regular errors finding from software systems service and solution feedback to management and customers.
Actively participate in all aspects on running web-based software service testing.
