Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • BSc/MSc in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Genetic Engineering, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Zoology, Botany, or

  • MBBS / BDS

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within Pharmaceutical or Medicine Companies

  • Proven track record in promoting biological, biotechnological, and biosimilar products

  • Strong knowledge of Oncology and Hematology markets

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote biological, biotechnological, and biosimilar products to healthcare professionals

  • Represent the company ethically in all interactions with clients and partners

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a seamless client experience

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through effective sales strategies

  • Achieve individual and team business targets consistently

  • Maintain regular communication with clients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders

Skills & Expertise

  • Sales & Marketing in the Pharmaceutical / Biopharmaceutical sector

  • Client Management and relationship building

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing, and marketing campaigns
