Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) from a recognized institution.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in business operations, procurement, or materials management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the sourcing of raw materials and packing materials required for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

  • Communicate effectively with overseas suppliers and local customers to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Negotiate pricing and technical specifications of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) with international vendors.

  • Handle commercial and import-related documentation for APIs in compliance with regulations.

  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge and provide technical support to sales personnel for improved performance.

  • Work closely with management on special assignments and operational projects.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong command of English communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills to support business development and strategic planning.
