Requirements
Educational & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Honors preferred).
1 to 5 years of experience in IT-enabled services, BPO, data entry firms, or call centers.
Freshers with strong skills are also encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluency in English communication (both written & spoken) is mandatory.

Responsibilities
As a Credentialing Specialist (Night Shift Only), you will:
Communicate with US-based clients via phone and email.
Review, analyze, and verify critical documents using data platform systems.

Work Schedule
5 working days per week (night shift: 7 PM–4 AM / 8 PM–5 AM).
Weekends: 2 days off.
Training period: 2 months, followed by a 4-month probation.
