Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Portfolio Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage pharmaceutical products suitable for import, distribution, or promotion.

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct competitor research, price comparisons, and assess product demand trends in the pharma sector.

• Regulatory Affairs Support: Collaborate with the RA team to ensure all documentation meets local drug regulatory standards.

• Vendor Coordination: Communicate with global API suppliers and manufacturers for MOQs, pricing, samples, and technical documents.

• Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in designing promotional tools and strategies to support business growth and field teams.

• Sales & Training Support: Provide technical product knowledge and training to internal teams and clients.

Experience Requirements:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical product development role.

• Previous work experience in API firms, pharmaceutical companies, or medical equipment suppliers is preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Deep understanding of API development and pharmaceutical raw materials.

• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet-based applications.

• Familiarity with email correspondence and knowledge of pharma indenting processes.
