We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Tele-Sales Specialist (also known as Telesales Executive, Telemarketing Officer, Outbound Sales Specialist, or Inside Sales Representative) to join our rapidly growing sales team. Requirements

Employment Type: Full-Time (Night Shift – US Time Zone)

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a Tele Sales Representative managing outbound B2B calling campaigns.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across international markets.
Lead and guide a team of tele sales agents to maximize performance.
Professionally communicate with customers via Automatic Dialer.
Identify client needs and provide effective solutions to close deals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor / Honors degree.
Fluency in spoken and written English (essential).
Exceptional typing speed and computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond efficiently under pressure.
Sharp presence of mind with a solution-driven attitude.
Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US Time Zone.
Previous experience in call centers, administrative support, or property preservation is a plus but not mandatory.
