Requirements
Education:
O Level / A Level / HSC / Bachelor’s Degree (preferably BBA)
Additional Requirements:
Age between 18 to 28 years.
Must be fluent in English (spoken & written) – mandatory.
Freshers are welcome to apply (only if fluent in English).
Willing to work in night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, BD time).
Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email) required.
Minimum probation period: 3–6 months.
Prior experience in BPO, Call Center, or Telemarketing will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers in USA & Canada.
Sell products and services over the phone as a Telemarketing Specialist.
Perform effective cold calling to generate qualified leads.
Understand customer needs, handle objections, and provide solutions.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM database.
Achieve both individual and team-based sales targets.
Provide professional customer support and client service during every interaction.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong communication skills in English.
Knowledge of BPO industries and Call Center operations.
Expertise in Cold Calling, Telemarketing, and Telesales.
Experience in Customer Support / Client Service.
Familiarity with Email Marketing & Sales strategies.
Ability to handle high call volume while meeting deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits:
Performance bonus and attendance bonus (BDT 1,000 each).
Provident fund after 1 year.
